Beyond AWFUL!!! I decided to leave my auto insurance company for over 15 years (VERY VERY BIG mistake) to get a better rate with Chris Miller/State Farm. Chris Miller/State offered 40% less than what I was currently paying for the exact same coverage. So I left my former auto insurance company (who wouldn't? Right?). Three months later, they came back to me and said the underwriters adjusted my insurance and they TRIPLED my rate, so now I'm paying more than my original auto insurance company. Of course, I'm going to leave State Farm. This is LITERALLY THE MOST DISINGENUOUS company. I will likely file with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Terrible and incompetent. Never returns phone calls or emails. Loses emails and forms I have sent in. Cancelled one of my policies without notice. If you are looking for a competent insurance agency, any alternative would be better than this office.

Really poor. State Farm requires you handle most of your business with their agent's office so though their customer service team was really nice, they couldn't properly set up my auto payment. I went online and paid myself, after receiving a cancellation notice even though I asked to pay on 4 different occasions. The first time I was told my agent and the administrative person who handled my paperwork had been let go.
Because of State Farms agent centered approach and lack of quality control when it comes to this particular agent I will probably not be back with State Farm and definitely not with this agent. That's the nicest way I can speak of their repeated incompetence.

I signed up State Farm through Karen D Pratt Insurance. I just moved to DC and I used to have State Farm insurance with another agent in another city. After one month, I called to her office to ask about how my auto payment worked and also other things. Since I just knew Karen as my agent, I asked to talk to her if it's possible, a person who worked at Karen's office said to me, Karen was busy so she would call me back later. Until a month later, Karen didn't call me, and there was a problem with my auto payment so I was confused what should I do!!!! I called them AGAIN to ask what should I do because I wanted to make a payment, and again they told me I got to leave a voice message and they would call me back!!! I JUST WANNA PAY!!! I had been calling for 4-5 times in different days, and they even didn't bother to call me back because they said they were busy. Today, I decided to change my agent, I called to the State Farm 24-hour customer service, and they said they apologized for this situation and finally I could make a payment. I am on the process to move to another State Farm agent, I am just afraid if I have to claim my insurance, they would do the same again! The State Farm is good and affordable but when my agent is too busy so she couldn't give me a good service, what's the point to stay with HER!
