Interesting place to stop along Georgetown Waterfront walk. Has information about National Anthem, Key Bridge dedication, and the Ukrainian Embassy. All outdoor.

Nice little park near the bridge. Travel south along the east side of the park, cross the footbridge, angle a bit to your left, and take the steps down to reach the waterfront.
