Just knowing how many homeless live here at night makes the place kind of disturbing. plus the tunnel effect from the overpasses does not create a great atmosphere.

Small green space on a corner. Location for events like summer outdoor movies. Grass seating. Downtown but not noisy.

Great park just across the bridge from Georgetown. Outdoor movie night on Fridays during the summer.

Interesting place to put a park. I've only been here at night for the outdoor movies they show. I'd make sure not to see a movie that you're really interested in because it can be hard to hear with the planes flying so close. However, it is a fun activity to do with friends.
