It's not a park,more like a green space sandwiched between HUD and another government building. It has some benches but it's more for a lunch break rather a stroll in the park.

It's a tiny little park on the side of the street. The recent addition of chairs and umbrellas make it a much more desirable place to hang out and eat lunch.
