Food was excellent. Small portions. Vegetarian option was excellent. Service great. Private room was very noisy from loud conversations outside the room.

Had dinner at Charlie Palmer with my family. First impression of the restaurant was great! Everything was clean and the decor was modern and not overdone. The table linens were nice and crisp and our food and service was phenomenal! I had the filet which was absolutely delicious and the sides were perfect. Our wine suggestion was great and paired nicely with our meal. I think my favorite part was dessert. All of the desserts were fantastic. I remember the cheese cake being blissful and the crème brûlée being wonderful and loved by everyone at the table!
Thank you all for maintaining a wonderful establishment that produces great quality food and overall a great experience.

If I could give this restaurant more stars – I would. The first time I tasted one of Charlie Palmer's meals was several years ago Las Vegas with 2 of my friends. We ate and drank at many fine restaurants but none of them compared to the meal where Charlie was head chef. (I believe it was in the Mandalay Bay). So when I was perusing the steak houses that the hotel had given us as a guide, I knew where I was going immediately. He hasn't lost his touch. As a matter of fact he has improved which I didn't think possible. I was with 5 other men and we all ordered something different and everyone said that was one of the greatest meals they had ever had!

Charlie Palmer's is wonderful! Our server was excellent and very knowledgeable. The wine and beer selection is great along with the food! The prices were surprising low compared to the service and the quality that we received, This was an anniversary dinner and they really made it special! Giving complimentary dessert and drinks was a great surprise. Anyone and everyone should give this place a try.. hands down it was a wonderful experience.
