We went on a long hike to the cemetery and were desperately on the search for something to drink when we found this cafe. We didn't expect much and the owner greated us warm-heartedly. We instantly got cold water to drink. The prices for coffee and cookies are very reasonable not like in other coffee shops.
The cookies tasted very good and are European or Turkish (Baklava). The cakes looked very good.
I guess tomorrow we'll go to this cafe again. One of the best experiences in service I've had so far in the US while 3 months of stay.

I live about 45 miles away from this place and if I want some cake I always make the 1 hour drive here. They have the BEST cakes. Their vegan cakes tastes even better than regular cake. I got my highschool grad party cake, college grad party cake, wedding cake, baby shower cake, my baby's 1st birthday cake made here and I have never been disappointed. Plus their price is amazing.

Kind of an out of the way place with limited parking. Wait times can be a bit long, but, Ethiopian food is meant to be a communal experience, so sit and commune! We were the only non African people in the place, which tells me it must be tasty. Walked to the adjoining bakery and snagged a tasty treat to share while we waited on our meal. Yummy all around!
