I cannot comment on the food, but my experience at the bar was excellent. My friend and I each ordered a flight of beer which had all of the brewery's beers (10). Thus was an excellent and adorable sampling of their brews. They have quite a diverse range.
The interior of the Chop House is quite elegant by brewery standards. The service at the bar was also excellent. The one odd elemebt to this establishment is the necessary elevator ride to the restrooms.
This is definitely a nice cozy place to enjoy a local beer.

5 star drinks, food and atmosphere. Upscale atmosphere. The service was excellent. I had a prime rib benedict that was fantastic. The hand crafted cocktails were excellent.

Went here during our visit to DC and happened to catch the restaurant week special. We loved it! The food, beer and our server, Robert, were all excellent! Quick service and great atmosphere. If they did the restaurant week special all the time we would definitely return if we were in DC again.

Went in here a little after 11am for an early lunch. Seated and served quickly. I got the Rueben with the seasoned fries and my friend got the salmon and seasoned veggies. Whatever they put on the fries is delicious.large portions and food was delicious .Lunch deals can get appetizer drink and entree for 18.99 waitress was attentive. nice decor and atmosphere manager checked on us twice. will definitely go back

Delicious food & great selection of craft beers. Not one item on all three dishes that we did not enjoy. Steak was excellent, pub burger was fabulous, even the chicken tenderloin kids meal was large and very good. Sampler of thr beers was fun for the family, our daughter was score keeper, several favorites. Priced fair and highly recommended. Service was very fast and friendly.
