The hush puppies are the best ones I have ever had. It was a great atmosphere and truly unique experience. The wharf area was one of our favorite places we visited in DC

The owner spoke to a wine vender next to me over lunch. He has run many ventures and has a vast knowledge of food and wine. And the only 'Regular' supplier of west coast oysters. A more mineral, even metalic, sweet oyster than anywhere else I know. Top shelf.

Place has a good vibe... Great patio... Fun servers and fresh fish and oysters. Priced reasonably and with good quality. Place is casual and close to Dupont Circle. I enjoyed and would recommend.

Always terrific! Food is consistently delicious, bloody Mary was perfectly spicy. Marie behind the bar was friendly, funny and respectful that I had a book at the bar! There is something to be said for a restaurant maintaining its menu - I ordered the exact same Sunday brunch I used to order 10 years ago, and had the same exact sense of comfort from the meal and overall experience today as I had then. Thanks, Hank's.

Went here on a whim while having drinks with friends and I was shocked at how good the food was. Drinks were just ok for me but that food. So I ordered the lobster roll and old bay seasoned fries. I am from SC, lived in VA, been to Maine and Boston and this might have been the best Lobster Roll I have ever had. Seriously best ever. Cannot recommend it enough. Outside seating is wonderful and if it isn't too hot I recommend you get you a table a few beers and relax.
