I went to Harry's with my wife for lunch. The service is Horrible! The order was wrong. Waited forever to get our food. My wife noticed the servers and the waiter were having an argument about what appears to be our order. I repeated my food throughout the day to the point I didn't have dinner that evening--the food made me sick! Avoid this place like a plague!!

The food was Excellent, The portions was a great size and the Service was awesome!! I will be back.....Pulled parked was fantastic and Brisket melted in your mouth!

We were promised a table for a party of seven with a wait time of 15 minutes. The actual wait time was more like 45 minutes! The manager apologized for the wait time. Once seated, we ordered tea, lemonade and water. It took a very long time to get our drinks and over an hour for us to get our entrees. After we had been waiting an hour, the waitress brought our children's food, but the orders were incorrect. She had a matter-of-fact attitude about her error. She brought them one fried chicken leg and sides rather than chicken sandwiches with fries. Upon being told about her error, she took the chicken legs off of their plates and allowed them to keep the sides. They were famished at this time. The other entrees took so long to arrive, that I went to the bar (where our waitress was working) to inquire about the wait time. The server was rude and asked, "Do you want to speak to a manager?" However, the manager never came to our table. After we received our check; we requested to see a manager again. The person that came to our table said he would discuss our situation with the "Shift manager." Then, that same guy told us that the "Shift Manager" did not give him directives as far as what to do with our ticket. We requested to speak to that manager (the one on duty during our terrible service time). He finally came out of the kitchen after my husband had to go to another worker and request to see him. He verbalized several inconsistencies with the first "manager" we had spoken to and offered to discount our bill. Good food. Unbelievably bad service. Dishonest employees. Can only be described as an egregious offense. We will never return to this restaurant.

We had a great time. Ordered the smokehouse burger with grass fed patty subbed. And had a full rack of dry rub ribs which were awesome by themselves but we tried the 4 homemade sauces they had each with their own personality. Service and atmosphere were also great.
