Both of my experiences we're exceptional. The service was great, and when I asked for a uncut rotisserie chicken for my salad, he gave me just that. The food is delicious and King Pollo have me as a promoter and a customer. Money well spent! A $10 meal at McDonald's is NOT the same. Go see for yourself!

Rude and doesn't deliver everywhere and the inside sucks really bad outside people getting drunk and nasty floors i wont order again

Literally just ordered food from King City and I am HIGHLY disappointed. So disappointed to the point I hung up the phone to write this review. Their customer service is horrible. The guy on the other end of the phone continuously interrupted me and laughed at me when I told him I was disappointed with my meal. He laughed and said "you're the only one that has complained about our food." They refused to bring me something else, disregarding the fact that I paid almost $20 for a meal they delivered that didn't taste as if it was cooked thoroughly. The food was disgusting. I couldn't even force myself to swallow the food I had in my mouth. I will NEVER order from them again. The only reason I gave them one star is because zero stars isn't an option.
