Great place for dinner. Came here with some friends late at night and was not disappointed. Food was on point and the staff was very professional and helpful. It is a hidden gem in Georgetown

Nice place, friendly service. Food sounded great on the menu but was only so-so. Drinks were very nice and they serve an excellent cup of coffee.

Had a wonderful lunch, it's a beautiful sun lit dining area inside, with plenty of out door seating as well. The place has a nice ambiance. I ate there in November a few years ago and liked it very much. We enjoyed it today as well. The food is excellent, the service is friendly and professional. The only criticism I have is that a tv screen has been installed perhaps to watch soccer, this is fine during soccer season.However,, I see no reason to have it on always. It cheapens the experience a bit, and for a place with such style seems unnecessary, and a bit too American in the wrong way.

Food was superb and ambiance was great. Service super nice, and polite.. very European. Surprisingly enough , and after reading the reviews, I asked to speak to the manager, but the owner who was around came to the table, and introduced him self, so I asked him on the reason behind naming the place "Leopold" .. he assured me that it had nothing to do with any Austrian dictator.. it seems to have been unfairly said by the reviewer's otherwise, I safely assume .. and I'm sorry to see how people tend to spread misinformation, the place rocks!

Quaint place tucked away in the alley, but the service was very slow. If you order the "emperor's pancake" they suggest placing the order 15-20 minutes ahead of time. We did, but the waitress forgot to put the order in (at the end of the meal she asked if we wanted to look at a dessert menu...."ah, we already ordered the pancake"). She then tried to cover by saying, "...oh yes, that will be right out," but it took another 20 minutes while our coffee got cold. After all that, the pancake was disappointing and nothing special. The entrees were okay. My bratwurst ($18) was good, but the sauerkraut and potato --tasteless. The schnitzel ($26) was decent, but again the accompanying sides were bland. Not worth the money.
