Did the Oyster Festival Saturday (21 Oct); it was great. The food was excellent and the draft beer selection was more than expected. I did meet Tony and Joe just to say what a great event this turned out to be. Very nice gentlemen. I am going to have to do this event again.

The food is cooked well but may lack some flavor. The service is very good. The prices for the items on the menu, I feel are over prized. If sit outside you will definitely enjoy the people passing by and the many boats that dock next to the restaurant. Excellent place for people watching.

Well, to start off, my wife and I had a wonderful time here. The view of the Potomac River is amazing and the yachts that dock in front of the restaurant was even kind of cool. But, (Here we go) the service was bad. We loved our server, he just seemed overwhelmed with all the tables he had to cover. The food was great but a little pricey for the size of the plate and type of food we chose. I wanna go back to see if it was just a bad day but, probably won't be able to throw my money away again just to be let down. The place was cozy but kind of loud. Dishes and staff running around inside and out. I gave them 3 stars because the food really was delicious. Even though we waited a half hour for our drink and the check. You go and enjoy then tell me if you have a different experience.

Eh go somewhere else. We walked up with a party of 6, asked to see a menu.. when we said we would like to sit the host said "hold on I have to check if we're still cooking" it was 9 at this point, the restaurant closed at 10. So she comes back and says okay, (we should have just left after she had gone to go check). The server seemed like he was ready to leave as well. For how much you're paying per entree, I would expect the service to be A LOT better than it was. The server barely checked on us, we had to wave bussers down to refill our waters. Never were we asked if the food was good. Definitely would not recommend. Go check out the other restaurants two feet away.

My wife and I had reservations for 6PM and got there early. So we enjoyed a drink at the bar and had their oysters. The people at the bar were friendly and the bartender was engaging and helpful with taking our order. After our drinks we moved to our seat at the table. While the reservations are only for an inside table, we were able to get an outside seat without any problem. I had the bacon shrimp and my wife had the seafood pot with clams, shrimp, potatoes, and a nice broth. The food was good but not a Wow. My wife's seafood pot would have been better with bread to soak it up. Our seat was good for people watching and the area is a happening after 5.
