I took my mom here for her birthday. It was great, great customer service and detail. They provided me and my mother with glasses of wine for her birthday. They also gave us chocolates. The massage was very relaxing. My mom birthday is today. And she enjoyed herself completely. I will definitely be coming back for another massage. Great job

I paid 30 dollars through groupon for a terrible bikini wax. First of all, she barely asked me any questions about how I want it done so I had to stop her before she began. She used long strips to cover long areas that should have been done separately. This resulted in bruising along the bikini line, and it was painful. Its been one week and the hair is already coming back, which means the hair was not fully rooted out, merely ripped. I've gotten waxed many times and know what a good waxing experience should be. Disappointed that I spent that money.

It was first time I walked into Qi Spa and they made me feel 100% ease and not embarrassed at all. I am satisfied with their service. No need to go anywhere else as they are very knowledgeable about skin. I like to recommend them for there premium quality service.
