I have been going to Chris for 10 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is the only hairstylist who listened to what I wanted and then made it happen. He is also super accommodating, even staying late when I needed him to fit me in before a trip. His team are all very professional, and I love the new digs (even though the old digs were selfishly more convenient for me). HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need a cut.

Devon has been my hair stylist for over ten years and with time she just gets better! She continues to educate herself in the world of color, cuts and style with classes, hands-on-experience as well as her own internal innovation.

The more she gets to know me, my hair and style, the more creative she gets. She has the gift to make me look classy, beautiful and the talk of the town whether I'm on the red carpet or just going to work.

She listens to me when I change hair colors, hair styles and looks and also plays devils advocate when she feels I may be going to far. Devon has styled my hair long - past my waist - and now short as Halle Berry.

I would recommend her to ANYONE that is looking to have true and healthy hair care, trendy or classic looks. She does it all and with a smile!

I left feeling defeated and defensive. Everything I asked for, I got the exact opposite. And the stylist, Devin, insinuated that I didn't know what I was asking for and that I was asking for things that were unreasonable, when even a fellow stylist, Chris, was able to deliver what I had asked for in the months prior to me seeing her. With such variable results, I'm not sure what to tell you other than this place seems unreliable and pretty unpredictable.

To be fair, she was in a rush when she saw me, as she was already a half hour late with my appointment. Perhaps this was a bad day, but she really should have been much more professional in our interaction and been up front about what she was planning on doing and not doing. If I had known at the beginning of the appointment that she would fully not be able to accommodate my requests, I would have requested to not have my hair cut that day.

I see Anna Hall. I'm very finicky about my facials, of all the places i've lived including NYC and San Francisco, she is the best esthetician i have found. Does and excellent thorough job, knowledgeable, provides a massage, and is very very reasonable. She is so good that I make it a habit to see her once a month.

I did a lot of research before deciding to try Salon Nuance, and I have to say it all paid off. I was a walk-in (who'd been out sight-seeing w/friends and was not at my most glamorous!) who was greeted warmly and professionally, and the receptionist went out of her way to find a stylist who could get to me sooner rather than later, even though they were quite busy. Everyone I dealt w/--from the shampoo person to my stylist, Maria--was friendly, accommodating, and professional and made me feel like I was their only client. My desires for my hair cut were sought and were exceeded. I love my hair cut and have received nothing but compliments! The cost was also much more reasonable than I'd been anticipating (never a bad thing!) for the level of service and skill from which I'd benefited. I'll definitely go back.
