Martz lacks urgency. Day of jobs, drives can be late and it's "ok". Trying to get driver details, especially on a weekend is a joke. You basically don't know if you have the bus or buses you reserved until it's pickup time. Very unprofessional and disorganized organization.

On Tuesday, October 3, 2016 I was waiting for the 610 Waldorf, Md
commuter bus at 6:10 pm. Approximately 6:25 the bus flew pass the stop at 9th Penn NW Washington DC, never attempted to stop. I called the 800 number for customer service and the had me on hold to 20 minutes before someone live came on to help. This is so unprofessional. Today I asked the driver why why he didn't stop yesterday? He said he didn't see me! I waited until 7:10 pm not knowing if anther bus was coming or not. Had to catch 620 bus finally with anxiety attacks of being stranded with no way home to Waldorf Md. Bad business when the Govt is paying for transit benefits to pay you alls salary! If you cant handle the contract professionally then give it to someone else.
