Yuck! I've never had such a terrible experience before. The service is lacking at best, the food is disappointing and not worth buying. The only good thing is the ice cream, even then the poor maintenance of the store ruins any enjoyment of the ice cream. I had low expectations but this was impossibly bad.

Clean family atmosphere, favorite fast food and cheerful, helpful servers. A step up from previous management. My root beer float was just as good as I remembered it!

This franchise seems to consistently make mistakes on simple items. In the past I ordered a cherry sundae and the topping was frozen. It sat like a rock on top of the ice cream. I just left after ordering a Dilly bar in the drive through. It was handed to me in a crumpled bar and inside it was completely crushed with the shell all over the inside of the bag. I drove around and asked for another one. I was surprised they didn't have any made. They said they would quickly make one. It looked better. But as I got to the car, I tried to take it out of the bag and the stick slid out and it dissolved into a puddle of ice cream. The soft serve was really soft. I have no idea how they were able to dip it at all. I'm sticking to Sonic from now on.
