Honestly, I don't understand the hype of this location. I went for the first time about a month ago and it was pretty expensive for bland greasy food. The fish was literally dripping with oil and was an odd orange color. The chicken had absolutely no flavor whatsoever and was extremely disappointing. I will never go back and I wouldn't recommend others to go there.

The food has good, classic drive-in flavor and I love to get the fried fish to bring home and make quick fish tacos with. Apparently I've never done this after 4 p.m., because I was shocked to learn on this light-until-9 p.m. Saturday evening that they were not open (it was only 5!) Some place as nostalgic and fun as an old-fashioned drive-in is missing part of it's charm if you can't go on a warm, summer evening. The other missing star in the rating is because what drive-in doesn't have milkshakes? A 3-star rating that seems like it should easily be a 5.
