The service was awful! Slower than usual. The paper towel dispenser didn't work in the bathroom and when I told somebody about it they told me well sometimes it works. Not helpful! food is good they never we filled our basket of endless fries

Always incredibly busy and loud. Otherwise, the food and service are top-notch and world-class. Flavorful with mindful portions (comparatively, when it comes to semi-casual dining) with the option to get more fries with burgers and other dishes that include them. The quality generally warrants the cost. Stellar joint.

It's Red Robin... Need I say more. It is what it is. My only real gripe is the device. The last two occasions I have been here the service was very poor. By poor I mean slow and very patchy. My table actually were server another tables good. So more of a staffing issue. The good is nice and the place us comfortable. Service needs work!!!

Main Samwich & Burger was great! Fries was just barely warm. Service was good ! Coffee was great as long as I put two creams and two sugars in.

Expect to get great service here. The food is consistent, but a little shy of great. The fries are good, and the drinks are good. They just seem to have their own standard of what a burger is supposed to be cooked like, whether you ask for "a little pink" or none. Which isn't bad or necessary over cooked. Just never pink.
Expect a little bit of a wait to be seated because this is a pretty popular place to get a tasty burger in town.
Overall, great service and good food.
