Oh lordy am I thankful for tonya!! Being the not so always intelligent person I am, I went to the nail salon in the mall to get acrylic. Lord was not the worst mistake I’ve ever made. I had crooked nails, nails that like hardly even had acrylics on them and the worst paint job ever. So I ran to Tonya for help and man, did she help me out a lot. 10/10 💓

I've never had such a bad haircut. She cut it about 2 inches shorter than I asked. She cut bangs, then asked if I wanted them, I did not. She cut the length once, but never blended the sharp edges. I literally had chunks that weren't touched, hair two inches longer on one side, edges that were uneven, and some weird fringe/bangs that were unmanageable. I have curly hair and I looked like a frizzy mop.

I received several comments before I finally called for a refund. I refused to have someone else at the salon cut my hair, I obviously don't trust another representative of this company to touch me.

The lady who "helped" process my refund lectured me, saying the stylist is her own business and I'm taking money from her pockets. She also said it wasn't fair that I wouldn't let her (whoever this lady was) make corrections. She, unnecessarily, treated me terribly.

Please, save yourself the pain and suffering. Go somewhere else.
