Ms. Kassidy was great. She was very personable and walked you through the experience. She explained as she went along and there were no surprises. I would high recommend going there and receiving her services.

Went and got the full spa package for my moms 50th birthday and it was better than we could have imagined!!! Everyone was professional and friendly. SO worth the money! Will be back! Thank you thank you!

What an incredible staff. They even came to my daughters wedding venue to help with hair and makeup. They are very accommodating and do the best work. Friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them

The services provided by the technicians were great , however, the Interaction with the owner was less than impressive. We visited this spa for a few treatments to kick off a girl's weekend . All 4 of us chose a package from the spa services offered and called about a month in advance to make the appointments. We knew it would be tricky for all of us to receive our treatments at the same time, but expressed we would like to be together as much as possible and they were happy to accommodate. We called a few days before our appointment to confirm and also to make sure the various food allergies could be accommodated with the spa lunch that came as part of the packages. Everything appeared to be in order until we arrived and the owner helped check us in. She didn't have us scheduled for the correct things and ultimately 2 of the girls were shorted on their pedicures by 30 minutes in order for us all to receive them. She wasn't the least bit apologetic, in fact , she presented the problem to us like it was our fault even though we had confirmed a few days prior. Our lunch consisted of a fruit and veggie tray instead of the sandwich, pasta salad and fruit that we expected. She did end up discounting the services, but still made no mention of admission to the scheduling errors. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Again, the services were great though!

I took my mom to Tranquility for a spa day. It was amazing! Friendly and talented staff and overall a great experience!
