All of the staff are very kind. They did a very good job and can admit if they are having trouble or did something wrong. I highly recommend them to anyone. They take their time and they are kind and great at what they do.

I had a TERRIBLE experience when this facility transitioned from My Dentist to Wheatland Family Dental (mind you no change in staff that I am aware of). The short story is I fought with our insurance for over a year about $600+ that we were charged AFTER being told by the staff that they had pre-authorized the charges for the intense work they needed to do. Basically the service is something that would be covered had they followed the correct protocols in the contract they agreed to with our insurance provider. They failed to do so, so the claim came back denied. Shame on me for not insisting that they get confirmation of coverage and provide evidence of such to me prior to the service being given- which is why I had to pay up. The billing staff and manager were not helpful and rude often not returning my calls. I kept written logs of phone calls, duration of calls, and all bills sent to me. A fraud complaint was suggested by my insurance company since they have had several members complain about this provider. Terrible experience, poor customer service by those in charge, and lack of communication. AND the insurance company said we should have had several services prior to having the one done as we could have avoided it, and our new dentist just confirmed and agreed to this WITHOUT knowing the story first.

I was late 8 minutes and they cancelled my entire appointment. As a medical student I tried my best to be on time but normally within 15 minutes is okay. If you're a working professional or student please keep this in mind if you're choosing a place to go. I called and East wichita dental got me in this same morning that Wheatland cancelled on me.

The staff was very friendly, the equipment is state of the art and the they did a fantastic job with my cleaning and fillings. I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years and had 10 cavities. I had no pain afterwards despite having a lot of work done and having a dislocated jaw from a previous football injury.

I don't like going to the dentist and I was really nervous. I had to have a tooth pulled. Everyone was very friendly and talkative. They made me feel comfortable and it was a very good experience! I would recommend them to anyone!
