My daughters have been here for several procedures. Dr. Blanchaert and his team are fantastic. They are great with children and teens, and explain the procedures and what to expect beforehand. The office has great coffee and easy wifi while I've waited on them to call me back afterwards.

Very kind group - I highly recommend them.

Rude staff and they do not take time with patients. When calling to ask questions told just to wait and see... my daughter was having complications and they didn't seem to care.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction, two teeth extractions, and a jaw bone reduction surgery done by dr cole. Hes an excellent surgeon and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr cole came up to the hospital to check on me when i had complications after the surgery and the staff was very helpful when i called up to the office to get advice on dealing with the pain. Although the procedure wasnt the most pleasant experience i was in great hands :)

Whatever you do, do not call in and say anything about your medications because they will cut you off and label you a drug addict. I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth taken out on a Friday. Dr. Cole prescribed me Lortab 5/500 and Motrin. The lortabs kept me awake instead of letting me relax and fall asleep. Not only that, but there was no difference in my pain levels after I took them. I've found that lortab 5 has little effect on me. I had my boyfriend call on Saturday because I was in extreme pain, couldn't talk and hadn't slept hardly at all because the lortabs kept me awake. The first time the Dr. called back my boyfriend missed the call. So, I called him back and I answered when he called me back. I tried explaining to him the situation, but he kept interrupting me. I tried to tell him I need something else or advice on what to do. He kept interrupting me and I couldn't get out what I needed to say. Then he had the nerve to tell me that my speech sounded slurred he said "you already sound pretty drugged up to me." Hmm...maybe that would be because I had 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday and it's not too easy to talk!! I am pain, can't hardly open my mouth, and haven't been able to sleep! If you do have any procedure done, expect to be in pain and not have your questions or concerns answered. Once you have your teeth out, you're on your own and if you call about medications, you are a drug addict.
