Worst experiance ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I thought via Christi was bad. Back to the REAL children's hospital in Kansas City.

Excellent pediatric oncology care, pediatric surgeons and pediatric staff. Our daughter is well now thanks to the PICU, Pediatric and Pediatric Sedation units! Kind and helpful radiation department as well.

Took my daughter up there on her 5th day of fevers between 101 and 104 because she was so lethargic and I couldn't break the fever. They were sure to explain exactly what my bill ($702) would be and collect my $150 copay. They did nothing but check urine..which I could have done at my work place. They didn't even run a bag of fluids though she was clearly dehydrated. They said it's a virus and sent her on her way with a hefty bill. She is still sick. Temp has been high again today. We should have went to immediate care but chose the er because they had the capability of running stat test that imc didn't have. So much for that..she peed in a cup and left. I have a pic of her in the er bed..you can tell the poor child is VERY sick. We will NEVER return. She hasn't moved off the couch in 6 days! The poor child looks like she's frying with these constant high temps!

Website shows 24 hours. I drove all the way across town and no one was there. Might want to update that.
