I had issues with my checking account, Shana Ricke made my issues painless, we took care of things on line and all was resolved. I hope the owners of GP see this, she was on vacation and still helped. Great people ! I bank @ Haysville great great personal there too!

Great overall, My first payment they did send info to the wrong place, they had my addressed mixed up somehow, this could be because Rusty Eck Ford too. But other than that, the grace period is awesome, and they make it easy to make a payment online or over the phone or however you want and i have been with other credit unions and none of them make it this easy to make a payment on time with several different ways to do this.

Make sure you get all the info & docs before doing any business with them. They are some sneaky ones.

Not a member by choice. We needed a loan for a car and were told we would receive information on our loan shortly after the sale. A month and a half went by and we did not receive any information. Knowing our first payment was coming up we decided to call. Come to find out they sent the information to the wrong address and never bothered to call our phone numbers to get the correct address. So we almost missed our first payment due to their laziness and unwillingness to do everything in their power to contact us.
