Waited in line 5 minutes; when I got to the front I was told the card reader was down and they were only taking cash, which I didn't bring. No signs put up for advance warning. Additionally, I overheard the customer in front of me ask the cashier about a certain dish, to which the cashier replied, "Sorry, I don't eat here."

The food and service is good, but the restaurant wasn't very clean.

We got the Pad Thai w/ chicken... The noodles taste okay by themselves but the chicken has some sort of herbal quality that completely offsets the dish. Overall, the taste is nothing similar to real Pad Thai that you would find at a Thai restaurant. I was a little disappointed, but it filled me up. Also, the price is kinda high for the quantity. I would rather go to Pei Wei for these prices and better food.

I have never had a bad experience until today which makes me not want to go back. I tried to order online but it was down. I called my order in and was told 10-15 min. I showed up in 15min. The lady cashing me out gave me a total different price then showed online. I tried to explain but she claimed she was correct. I got my receipt and there was an additional charge for chicken when the meal already included chicken in the price. While waiting for another 15min watching other people get their food I finally said something. Come to find our my food was sitting there the whole time finished but she failed to give me my order. Customer service needs to be improved
