Terrific burgers and old school fresh onion rings. Nice vibe. This place is geared for better food over fast food. If you want "fast" go to McDonald's. If you want great food and a fun place to hang out with friends go to TJ's!

My burger came out luke warm-cheese at room temp-not melted. I went up to the register to ask for it to be warmed up and to ask for a side of ranch. The cashier told me she'd bring out the ranch w my burger. The waiter walked by realizing I had no food and came back with a burger, but no ranch. Half way through I went up to get my ranch and the cashier snickered-smiled as if it were entertaining to her that she forgot and I was annoyed. The waiter came over to mark my receipt for the side of ranch, but didn't refill our empty beverages/check-in. The moment it was apparent i was not happy with the service the staffs response was to neglect our table. Money was a priority over service... Not smart when tips are given.

I won't be returning to T J's or recommending that anyone else go if you have a typical 1 hour lunch. I'm only giving 2 stars because the burger was pretty good. The service however, was lacking. It took 35 minutes for 2 burgers to be served. When you see people that come in after you and finish before you get your meal, there is an issue. The waitress acknowledged that it did seem odd that we waited that long and said the kitchen was going slow.

Apparently she was doing payroll because it was one of her excuses when she tried to explain how busy she was. Great burgers. Decently priced for a mid-high grade burger. Service seemed a little slow for me. I think we waited 40 minutes for our food. It may have just been a busy time. Still, I would definitely go back.

My girlfriend and I waited for 30-45 minutes to get our burgers here. Our server hadn't showed up to our table for 20+ minutes after we ordered, so I assumed she was scared to tell us the bad news. I had to go up to the cash register to ask to see where my order was.. and they hadn't began cooking it. I wasn't given a discount for this and they also didn't offer any financial compensation for the poor service. I had only heard good things about this place, so I had high expectations going in. My first impression of TJ's burger house was very bad.
