I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARAPAHOE TO ALL!!! There are numerous reasons but the main one is how amazingly well the Veterinarian treated me and my girls!! He was awesome by the way he kept me in the discussion while treating my girls to their yearly vac's and let me know what some of their issues might be. AND THE BEST PART was when I mentioned I had some training as a Vet Asst, he totally just began to help my training by demonstrating how I could do somethings!! I felt so respected and he never once seemed to act like I couldn't do somethings in regards to being in the chair, in which he is the very first Dr to do this for me!! Every other time I've mentioned my educational skills, no one had yet to include me with my girls appt or their treatments until today at Arapahoe!! So, needless to say, I'm pretty sure we've found our new Veterinarian/Clinic!! He also gave me some tips on how to trim the nails, anal glands, and how to determine what bumps might be an issue or not!! I'd absolutely love to just go hang out with him to just observe and learn as much as possible until I can ever find a job in this field, hehe!! Oh and their prices are so much more reasonable and def affordable than the many other Vets I've had to go through to finally find him!! I just can't say enough about Arapahoe but I stop rambling but please make sure to check these guys out before you ever go to any other place in town!!! It was an absolutely awesome day at the Vet with my two girls, even Zoey showed a little confusion during the appt cuz he was just all over it....lol....she ended up finding herself blinded by her leash at one point (I've got pix to show but it's not letting me add to this review...so trust me, it's hilarious!!

I've used Doc Mahoney since he opened his first clinic at the corner of Pawnee & Seneca, around 1983 to 1986. At that time he had one assistant (Penny). Since that time he's taken care of all our dogs, five all total. Two are still currently his 'patients', one is 14 1/2 yrs old and the other is 4 1/2. He also took care of my cat from 1986 until 2002. He had a urinary tract problem around 1989/90 and Doc recommended the proper food for him which I kept him on & he was happy & healthy until his demise in 2002. Highly recommend Arapahoe for continued care of all fur babies!

The vets are the best in Wichita. I wouldn't take my animal's to different clinic . I love the fact they are a walk in clinic.

We've taken our pets here for years. Very nice people, reasonable prices. No appointments necessary. Saturday hours.

Dr Skaggs is always great with out animals and answers all of our questions well. And they're the most affordable place I've been to in Kansas. I highly recommend this place to all my friends with animals.
