Dr. Grisel is awesome! I have had to wait a little longer than I like but that happens everywhere. He takes his time and listens to you. I feel well taken care of and would use him for my 5 year old daughter as well. By far the best ENT I have seen in Wichita Falls.

As with all Dr. offices since the AHA commandeered us, you are going to wait. If you are searching for facts with zero bedside fluff, he's your guy. If you want a friend, comedian, and counselor/therapist, you will be disappointed. He showed me (literally on a live cam) my issue, and we went from there.

I did have a splint issue coming loose inside my nose - I will more accept the fault for causing that. I would have preferred them to have moving a bit faster with me in regard to addressing it; However, in all fairness, he was not in the office when I rushed in, and if I had deemed it an emergency, I could have opted for the local hospital ER. So most of my wait was based and him getting to the office that day. Once he was there, it was quickly seen to.
