Neighbors ER

This place is outrageously high! I just gave birth to my child and with my 2 insurances I didn't have to pay anything! That's how good my insurance is. But after I went into neighbors for a UTI! (All they did was take a Urine sample and call me in medication) I got a bill for $414.67 for the physician fee and another one for $1,250.07 for the site fee! Crazy! Go to kell west urgent care! I should have!

The facility is very nice and clean. The staff was awsome. It was very nice to have a genuine smiling face to greet you when you walk in. So, when I was taken to a room there wasnt a wait to see a doctor. The tech, nurse and doctor came in at the same time. It was awsome. The doctor sat down and spoke with me about my concerns and really listen. Can you image that!!!! He was so nice and funny, which helped with my comfort level. I understand all ER's cant be like this cause they are so saturated. The nurse was very professional and since my visit was for female issues he didnt make me feel uncomfortable. The tech that took my blood was very gentle and caring. She talked and visited with me while doing it. I hate hate needles and she got it perfect the first time. I almost didnt feel it. I was offered something to dring and a warm blanket. It was really like 5 star treatment. I still couldnt beleive I was in an ER. I definately will go back if need be.

Fantastic place and people. Dr. Deshawn Steward was beyond amazing. I am so grateful Dr. Steward, I'll remember your help forever.

I went in with a really bad dog bite in my ankle and left with 16 stitches some 30 min later. The people were incredibly fast, Dr. Steward was super professional and skillful, at the same time he was kind, cheered me up while stitching me up, put on gentle music to calm me down (I was pretty shaken). In short, if it wasn't for the bite, it felt like going to the spa. I am so grateful, thank you, kind and caring people!

I went here a few days ago and was by far the best ER experience I've had. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was brought back to a room and made comfortable. The nurses were friendly and put at ease. My wife was cold so they gave her a heated blanket and some things to drink.

The doctor saw us after just a few minutes and was not rushed at all. Throughout the evening he came by about 4-5 times and spent a lot of time answering our questions and making us feel better. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced.

The next day I received a follow-up call from the doctor but missed it. They called the next day again and we're very helpful with the questions I had. We also received a nice card in the mail later that day.

Overall, they found what was wrong quickly and were very helpful and friendly. My last ER visit was to a general hospital and had a poor experience- doctor couldn't get out fast enough and didn't do much treatment. Huge difference in care and will definitely be going here again if needed!
