I'm so disgusted with this clinic. Thanks to receptionist CINDY! for losing my mother in-laws document paper. You just couldn't sign it and give it back. Now she's stuck paying 200 for 4 months. Thanks CINDY!!

Dr. Lamar and his staff are completely unprofessional ESPECIALLY to military families. My appointment with him was cancelled multiple times in order for him to take his vacation. When I asked what doctor was covering him while he was gone his receptionist said no one. Apparently while the doc takes vacation we're all supposed to put our pregnancy needs on hold. I never even got to see him as a patient bc he and his office tossed me around so much. When I became upset about it all, I was then accused of being rude and told that I could find another doctor. This is how Lamars office treats his patients. They're too busy to serve this community. I've called and filed formal complaints with the Clinics of North Texas, Tricare and the 82nd Medical Group. I highly suggest if you're pregnant you find another doctor as your first interaction with him will be a receptionist telling you that you need to prove your pregnancy before seeing him....even with insurance referrals. Worst experience ever!

I was banned for being 15 minutes late.
Six months ago I had an appointment with Dr. Blackwell. She was treating me for Alzheimer,diabetes and ischemic bowel decease. My husband works under cover with law enforcement and takes off work to take me to my appointments. Where we wait for 20 to 25 min. in the waiting room and another 20 to 25 in the examining room.
On this occasion he was running late. I am OCD about being late so I decided to drive myself. I was nervous and scared but determined to get there. I arrived 10 to 15 minutes late (No embellishing no exaggerating) I explained to the receptionist why I was late. She said she'd check with the Doctor. She came back and said I'd have to have another appointment, to which I said, :What difference does this make? She make us wait a good 45 min even when I'm early. She said sorry and I said, "Well never mind with the appointment. I'll find another Dr".
I have a new Dr. now Dr. De Asis. She referred me to two (one for pain management and the other for counseling } Doctors at Midwestern Clinic. Both called and gave me separate appointment. Next day, I received a call from them stating that I was barred by Ms. Blackwell from the clinic and they had to cancel any appointment with Doctors there. I don't want this to happen to anyone. This is lack of professionalism, lack of empathy and concern. The oat is to do no harm.
Since then my anxiety attacks have been over whelming. I have not gotten out of bed since. Thank you, Aline Dowd

Pediatrics!!! Dr Agyepong is amazing. Very thorough and delivers exceptional care.
Family Practice: Dr Tanjavur is phenomenal!!!

Overall I've had a great experience here. Dr. Kelso is wonderful, knowledgeable and takes time to really explain things when needed. She has been available any time I needed to come in and worked me into her schedule. The lab staff are awesome, I'm usually a hard stick and they get it the first time, every time. Front desk staff are usually polite and kind as well. One lady I end up having to talk to in the OBGYN office over the phone can be a bit rude, but I don't have to talk to her often so it's not a big deal. The nurses are always kind with a smile on their faces. I'm glad to have found such a wonderful provider.
