It took 30 minutes for our first plate to reach us. That is a really long time to wait. I eat sashimi once every week. We are from out of town. We got the bill and it was way different from the menu. They charged $36 for each 12 piece order of sashimi. Menu showed $20 for deluxe. Our bill was exceptionally high for just two. Our drink order was never taken and waitress never showed back up after food order was taken.
Stay away!!!!!

Sat at the bar and had some amazing shrimp dumplings. The bartender Tiffany was amazing. We talked the whole time.

Visiting from out of the country. Was craving Sushi as it's one of my favorite. Ordered the following:
- [x] Spicy tuna
- [x] Alaska roll
- [x] Phoenix Roll
- [x] Double Crunch (not found on menu)
I always start with a tuna roll and salmon type roll to see how "fishy" the fish is tasting. Then if it's good, I stay and order on from there. Roll #3 Off the Special Roll List was Phoenix Roll-refreshingly good. Well prepared presentation, temperature of the the dish complimented the roll on top. Would have again! Roll #4 (Not found on a menu). Called the "Double Crunch Roll(see picture)- this bad boy has crab galore but not excessive in the eyes of a sushi lover. Well balanced ingredients and flavored with some delicious sauces. This Restaurant keeps their fish fresh or at least fresh tasting and I will come back before returning to Belgium. Great job and my hat's off to the owner(s). Let me not forget to mention the service, it was also attentive and friendly. Thanks Wasabi Steak House. Well done! Bring your family or just yourself.

Stopped here for lunch during the work week. My first impression from the outside did not lend to high expectations. It is tucked in the corner of a shopping center with little curb appeal. However once inside, I was greeted by a friend staff and modern feel. There are three distinct sections of bar, table service, and hibachi. There was no wait to be seated for the table service. The lunch sushi was well priced and fair portions.
