All employees are very friendly and helpful. When meds are ordered there they are ready very quickly. Full service and fair.

WORST customer service ever. Waited for 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment to be told it would be at least another 15-20 minute before the dr would be available. I rescheduled. On another occasion I stopped by to purchase a bag of cat food. Was the only client in the office. Receptionist was accessing my info on the computer, stopped to take a call and did a complete phone intake rather than putting the call on hold and finishing with me. When I called to get my cat's prescription and explain that I was going to a different clinic, I was told by the vet that "we don't do that. We will fill the prescription here." I assured her that she could give me the prescription, which she eventually did give me. I explained to her that I was not valued as a customer and explained the events that led me to find another vet. Instead of apologizing and assuring me that she did want my business, she became defensive and snippy.

I have been coming to Western Hills Animal Hospital since Dr. Julie Gibson opened her practice. I have complete faith in her knowledge, Dr. Lucy and the other staff members. They have always been compassionate and professional during all of my visits, whether it was an emergency or planned appointment.

The vets here took care of our German Shepard for 14 years and helped and was there for us when we needed to put it down.
