Terrible office. Have tried to call the office several times in the last few weeks and either got put on hold and then no one comes back on, or I leave a message and no one calls back. They are rude and unorganized. I don't know why they have 2 locations when they can't even seem to keep one running. My child got lab work done and they forgot to send it off, then said they would send it after I called to follow up. I was told I would get a call in a few days with the results. It's been a week and a half and I can't even get someone to answer the phone without being put on hold. Don't waste your time here, go some where else. There are so many better doctors in town.

This office is a joke. They can remember to ask if you want the flu shot like 10 times while there for a single appointment but can't remember to process tests. They also can't tell the difference between gastroenteritis and influenza and what the flu shots purpose is. It is not meant to protect against the stomach flu. Seems this office's only interest is in making a kick back for all those flu shots they are pushing
