Dr. Nguyen is very professional and personable. Being a first time patient, my visit lasted past closing time but I was treated with the upmost respect and wasn't rushed. They insured that everything was taken care of that needed to be so that my visit was accurate, complete and a success.

I have been going to Wichita Optometry for many years, and introduced my husband, and now our two children (5 & 7) to their services. The staff is excellent. The doctors - we’ve seen several at different times - are outstanding. The service is straightforward, efficient and effective. We have used WO for emergent services, as well as more recently eye infections. Regardless of the need, they provide great service.

I have been a patient of Dr Fleming for a number of years now and today I very unfortunately needed to be seen for an acute eye condition. Although I walked into the clinic without a scheduled appointment, everyone was very helpful! The receptionist was prompt in taking down my symptoms and finding a physician to work me in quickly before my work day. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Yarrow for my acute condition and he was phenomenal. He took time to listen to my symptoms as well as my week long timeline of progression. He performed a thorough exam and took quick action to find the right medications for me and get me off to work in a timely manner. Within the first treatment of meds I was already seeing relief. Thank you so much Wichita Optometry for all you do!

My 6 year old broke his glasses and Dr. Yarrow was able to get him in quickly at the McLean office. This was our first visit there. He was fantastic and thorough. We ended up going to the Amidon office to find glasses for him and even though we got there at closing time, they stayed open until we found something that worked. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will absolutely be taking the rest of the family!

This was my first experience with Wichita Optometry after changing insurance. My experience with my last optometrist was not very good and made me dread dealing with my eye issues. I was very surprised when going to Wichita optometry at how nice and helpful the staff were. I just had a general good feeling with the way they explained things. Dr Heidi is who I saw and he was outstanding, he really helped me understand the issues I was experiencing and how we could work towards solving them and my eye care long term.

I have a very high prescription and Dr Heidi made me feel like I had a whole world of options when my last optometrist made me feel like I'd have to settle with what he could find. Dr Heidi told me why I was having comfort issues with contacts and prescribed me some eye drops to help. He even called and took care of things with the pharmacy and my insurance when there was an issue on that end and calling to keep me updated. He even called me back the next day to check on how the drops felt and if I had any discomfort.

We also had a very nice lady in the sales area named Theresa who helped me pick out some killer glasses and helped me find the best options for me! I can't wait to pick them up when they get here!

Wichita Optometry will receive my business for many years to come after this experience and I can't thank Dr Heidi and the staff enough for all of there help in making me comfortable.
