This place is a joke! If you love your family members do NOT let them stay here! The staff here is just rude and lazy. My grandma fell ill in september and was placed here for a few weeks after she had surgery for intestinal ischemia. When i asked the nurses for an update on how she was doing they were all clueless, they would say that her nurse was with another resident and that they would have them come and talk to me when they could. I waited for over an hour but no one ever came to talk to me, so i left my number at the nurses station and asked them to call me when they could, but they weren't even capable of doing that. My grandma acquired bed sores all over her back side in the short time she was here, and when i asked her why she didn't hit her call button to have them help her go to the restroom i realized that her call button was broken!! Needless to say, it's a horrifying feeling when you realize your loved one is stuck in a place like this and can't even call for help when she needed it! I would not recommend this place to anyone! It needs to be shut down or get a completely new staff because all the nurses here were just insensitive and incompetent.

We were hesitant with putting our mom in another hospital after her stay at Via Christi Hospital.
AMG Hospital was one of our options after looking into and reviewing both AMG and Select we choose for her to go to AMG.
The staff at AMG were wonderful. We had stayed with mom for the majority of her stay at VIa Christi, 3 days into her stay at AMG mom told us to "go home, they are taking good care of me here"
Her wounds and infection were treated, therapy worked with her, staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The hospital was clean, parking was never an issue, and easy to get in and out of.

This was a wonderful place to be. I spent 6 weeks there and would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful and caring staff. I would recommend this place to everyone that needs it.

I was a patient at AMG last month. I wanted to take some time out to make others aware of this small hospital. I was treated with respect and care at all times. After being in And out of other hospitals Wealey being one of them, AMG was a fresh of breath air. I thought I had been treated well at Wesley, AMG hands down put Wesleys nurses to shame. My only complaint was the food, however, to be fair I am also a picky eater. When I was not too excited about my food choices the staff made sure I had other items offered to me. The therapists made me work and because of them I am stronger and continue to do more and more every day. So for now being a professional patient I would say that if you have no choice and can not go home AMG is about the best next thing. Thank you again to all of the staff, especially to Glenda, Mirna, and Kendra.
