Excellent facility, very clean, extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. Fast paced with getting patients in and out quickly but not rushed and very thorough.

I can't explain the way I feel right now. As a Christian woman I just don't understand how they can refuse to see my baby because I can't pay everything upfront. I even asked to make a partial payment of $50 and set up automatic withdrawals but they said no. I asked if they knew anywhere I could go and they said no. I'm a stay at home, nursing, mother of three. My husband is a very hard worker. He's a full time contractor for Dell and student. We are just having trouble getting our insurance set up right now. I'm sorry that we don't have the money, it's only temporary as my husband is waiting to hear if he's gotten this engineering position or not..... Anyway, I feel like I have to explain myself. I know, we are supposed to provide for our children but it's not his fault. We are trying very hard. Yes, I could work but it's best for my children if I stay home and my whole paycheck would go to daycare anyway. I'm sure some of you are going to judge me but... I have to write this review because I don't think the actions of this facility were right.

Had an allergic reaction and needed a steroid shot. Doctor was incompetent and careless. He sent me home and said I need to ice my face. My face was swollen entirely. I ended up wasting copay $ and my daughter took me to the hospital to get real assistance later that night. I suggest going to Urgent Care off K-96 and Rock. They always take care of our family. I know my allergies and when it flares up, so does my throat. There is a difference with minor allergies where a Benadryl would take care of it and SERIOUS allergies where you could actually lose breathing capabilities.

Excellent place for minor emergencies and urgent care. The staff could not have been nicer, from the receptionist to the nurses. I visited this facility on 1/21/17 to have my dad examined for a severe ankle sprain. They got him right in, x-rayed him, and gave him the care he needed. They provided him with a support boot, ice pack, and even put his x-ray images on CD for us! Danielle and Lindsay were the nurses who treated my dad, and they did an outstanding job. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained everything thoroughly, advised us on treatment, and answered all our questions. We had been to Via Christi St. Francis the day before and could hardly get anyone to help and left that facility with no information or treatment instructions. What a contrast IMC is from the big hospitals in town - IMC is a thousand times better! Lindsay and Danielle deserve a big raise for their professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this facility if you need urgent medical treatment.
