I was never happy coming here, too long to get in for an appointment, too long on hold while trying to call, my son was in the ER diagnosed with Pneumonia, followed up with one of the Dr's here and they told me it was impossible for him to have pneumonia and refused to treat him properly. misdiagnosed my other son TWICE when he had staph. Requested medical records THREE TIMES and no response.

Great kids doctor my kids love the nurses and doctor Hewett ...she's sweet and always tells you everything.😎

My daughter and I both love this group! Dr. Sivamurthy actually takes time to explain things to you and is a very caring doctor!

I'm ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS with this clinic. I took my son in for circumcision on Tuesday, Sept 5th. It took twice as long as they said it 1p1would and looked terrible. I had said at my appointment before that I did not want to have the plastibell... They did the plastibell anyways. Next day it is still bleeding more than a quarter sized amount and my son had SHRIEKED AND CRIED AND SQUEALED IN PAIN ALL NIGHT LONG. I go in the next day. The first nurse tells me how sorry she is, how this should have never happened, and gets a doctor and clinic manager. The doctor comes and looks. Agrees it looks terrible. Has another doctor look at it who also thinks it looks terrible as well. They all talk about if they should re-tie the string and if the plastibell has slipped down or not. Second doctor says "No I want to send them to a pediatric surgeon." Hearing that took my breath away...I couldn't believe it. Like a parent of a boys nightmare! At this point the "clinic manager" comes in and is half a** paying attention/apologising. She even calls me the wrong name!! She WILL NOT tell me the name of the doctor who did this. (Side note: I don't know the name because they switched the doctor doing it when I got there that morning). Even though it was only 24 hours before, they insist they can not go look up who the doctor was. They did not want to tell me... no other way of putting it. Well, when leaving I ask the front desk.. takes her 2 minutes to look it up and tell me. WEIRD. Anyways... They send me on a wild goose hunt to go find the pediatric surgeon office. They can't figure out the address.. They give me some half a** directions and I figure the rest out with Google and asking hospital staff when I get there. I get there and the Surgeon tells me he never does plastibell because he thinks they are terrible. So my sons other doctors send me to a Surgeon who doesn't even do the surgery that my son had "apparently" go wrong! But I figure a surgeon is a damn surgeon and probably more knowledgeable then the quacks that sent me to him...Surgeon says everything looks fine! What?!?! He insists! What! How can a room full of doctors and staff tell me it is so terrible and sobering is wrong.. Even apologize and tell me how they are going to look into how things went wrong... then this surgeon says "nope just fine" after looking at it for 2 minutes????!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible experience and terrible day and I can't imagine how terrible this is for my sweet innocent 2 week old baby!!!!! I was never against circumcision but now all I want is to go back in time and never do it! I would never do this ever again! He still bleeds a bit and squeals in pain. He NEVER cried other than during diaper change while waiting for breast! He cries out continuously through day and night now! And no one has called from this clinic in 24 hours with any information or to check on his status! And i still don't know whether he is ok or not so i have to schedule ANOTHER appointment (somewhere else OBVIOUSLY)!!!

UPDATE: It is an incomplete circumcision. Huge lump of foreskin is left. About half a pea sized lump of skin tissue along with an edge of skin all along one side. I'm horrified!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend going here, I had my children scheduled and they cancelled their appointments and re scheduled them for two months out not even close to when I had the appointment. Just called the other day and no one answered for over an hour and a half so I just hung up. On top of all that, one nurse told me they could fax over my children's immunization records. She sent over one of my child's and then I called back and they said they can't send over immunization records. The staff doesn't even call my son by his first name they call him by his middle name, no matter how many times I correct them.
