I went to get a TB skin test done while on my lunch break from the ICU. I was the only patient there. After I checked in and sat in the empty waiting room by myself the 2 nurse practitioners went into an exam room and closed the door. The receptionist said they were “reporting off” to each other. When one of the NPs exited the room she looked at me & said nothing and walked into another room. She didn’t take the time to “alert the other NP” that I was (STILL) sitting out there waiting. I had to continue to wait in the waiting room until the other NP finally had me come in. I clearly had my hospital badge visible with all of my other pins and gear in/on my pockets. I had no purse with me. I felt like there was zero consideration and no attempt made for time efficiency to get me in and out. The ICU was very busy and i, quite honestly, had no business leaving for lunch. I definitely will not come back to this location if I can help it!

I have only good things to say about the Little Clinic. Checking in was very easy, my wait time minimal, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We love this clinic! The staff is very helpful and it's very convenient to our home! I wish I could use them as my PCP!!

My experience was positive in all respects. We were able to get in quickly, on a Saturday no less. The treatment provider was second to none, she was so friendly, warm, and genuinely concerned with my daughter's well-being and getting her back to good health.

Got our address wrong 3 times and still sent us to collections when we NEVER received a bill. Our insurance generally covers 100% so we never expected this. They had both our street AND city wrong on our address. Very unprofessional. Billing treats you like a criminal. We have NEVER been sent to collections before this.
