Bad experience. Most every one is rude. Had an agent initially, she made typos on my insurance card after purchase and wouldn't print off another one, instead she said "I'll just fix it in the computer". 3 months later that agent was no longer with the company and I wasn't notified. When I called I was treated rudely for my confusion.

Called to renew and the lady couldn't even take down a vin number. She read it back to me over 5 times incorrectly until I told her to just forget it and I'd give her the make and model instead. She said "she had to call around" and would call me back. I asked if she'd get back with me that day and she said yes, then never called.

They're not ever busy, yet they put you on hold without asking first or even saying hello, they seem to get frustrated when asked to do their job, and even go as far as insinuating I should go online and take care of my needs elsewhere.

I would hate to have to deal with this company if I were ever in an accident. Stay far away.
