This guy makes a chicken salad that is in the same league as Old Mill Tasty Shop. I tried a bunch of his recipes at an event he catered a while back and everything was awesome; familiar entrees that were solid yet unique. In case you don't know, the Cafe is located in the lobby of the downtown YMCA, but you don't have to be a member to eat there. They have post-workout snacks like smoothies and baked goods, as well as salads and wraps/sandwiches, including breakfast sandwiches. It's a great option if you are downtown and hungry for something timely, healthy, and reasonably priced. Also, I would tell anyone looking to have an event catered to check him out.
