After 1.5 years of hesitation and fear about trying out Crossfit, I can now write that I've attended CrossFit Wichita for 3 years, and I love this community! The coaches/staff are so caring and knowledgeable about each person that walks through the door, and I feel like not only have I grown and pushed myself physically/skill-wise, but it's one of the best, stress-relieving parts of my day because of the people. The box is also one of the largest I've been into with lots of equipment including yokes, sleds, and sandbags for strongman work. If you visit in the early morning, don't hesitate to say hello - I love meeting new crossfitters/bootcampers!

The community here is great. Lots of encouragement and support. The coaches are wonderful, the programming is pushing me to improve.

I have 4 of my grandkids in the classes world of difference on how they look an how they are in the sports they play. Great move to in row them in the classes. All young kids should do this whether their in sports or not

When you go here, you meet the BEST people. Both the trainers and Crossfitters are extremely helpful, kind, and encouraging. I was initially scared to go, and I ended up finding a family within the gym there. I am so happy that I joined.
