Been banking with them since 1996, in the past 6 - 8 years it seems like every 6 months they try a new product on me with fees that I did not request and I have to call and get things back to the way they were (no fees). The latest one is they pushed me to go mobile and online banking, so as not to use humans at the brick and mortar facilities, so I do that but then they want "convenience" fees. I don't need this static. Time to find a Credit Union.

We used to bank there for years. We think there before it was actually Intrust and then they merged. Customer service became so poor that we finally switch to another bank. We will never go back there is something to be said about smaller Banks or credit unions giving you a more personal feel
