Can't get chicken during their slow times or their fast times and employees could care less.... Every time I've gone have issues and am super tired of it! Will be contacting their corporate offices! Only have a star bc I had to!!!!!

Went to dinner. Cashier got order wrong. Informed them of their mistake when they called our order number 30 minutes after we got there and was told my Lester the manager that they only had one of the sandwich left and needed it for another order (even though we were there first). Was told he could get us something else or wait for the correct order. We chose to wait. Another 30 minutes went by and we inquired on the sandwich and was told by Lester that we didn't pay for it and would have to buy it if we wanted it. Never did get the two biscuits that were supposed to come with the meals and never even got the full meal of what they rang up in place of what we ordered. Manager was rude and denied that they had a corporate number and refused to give it to us. So we left and Google corporate's number and filed a complaint against the restaurant and manager.

They "forgot" my order. After waiting more than 10 minutes, and seeing the two orders behind be get their food, had to go back up to the counter to ask for my order. Then, when I got back tot he office, I discovered I was given the wrong item. Plus, the sweet tea was too sweet even when mixing 1/2 & 1/2 with the unsweetened tea. However, even though I got the wrong food - it was better than expected.

Love me some good fried chicken. Their coleslaw is the bomb but mashed potatos have a lot to be desired. Always have. Other than that I'll eat there every week. 3 piece leg dinner extra crispy coleslaw and mashed potatoes and extra biscuits . when they are fresh they are awesome. With butter and extra honey. Only messed up one time. I'm a regular an know one of the managers so I get good service
