Food is excellent, the kitchen staff is on point. Staff and management not good. Waited 2 hours for food on a not busy night.

Absolutly aweful service, sat down at 6 didnt get our food till 730 and it was not all brought out, my moms steak didnt come out for another 10 min, and it was rare instead of well done, my daughter didnt get her fries with her meal, i didnt get my dipping sauce, it was just rediculous, will not be eating there ever again

Terrible service, all our food arrived at different times and almost an hour after we ordered, and 3 of the 6 orders were wrong and undercooked. I never review and have a lot of patience, but it was so bad moment to moment that I couldn't not review it as such. Hire more servers or hire better management.

My sirloin was cooked med rare, her ribeye was supposed to be med rare as well but twice it came out more med well and only about half was edible at that but in all fairness the manager did comp half the meal so Def willing to try again

Our group had the 8 oz sirloin steak. It was cooked to perfection with appetizing sides. The waitress was attentive and kept our glasses full. Overall one of the best lunches I've had at Logan's Roadhouse.
