Bad customer service all together. Food was good but that's about it. If I want A&W I'll just go to the other location.

Employees can't communicate with the customers properly. I could barely understand the cashier. I had a slight feeling maybe the food is under cooked. Too much oil in the food!

The wait time was ridiculous, I was just there and ordered a chocolate shake at 1:25pm after waiting until 1:40 I got up and left. Horrid service. Do not waste your time or your money.

Waited in the drive through 25 minutes. Finally get to the window and told im waiting on fries, another 5 minutes, while i watched the employees stand and chat. I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food! I only have a 30 minute lunch break and returned to work late. Will not be coming back!. Whats worse is they didnt even apologize for the wait.

I get a craving ever so once in awhile, but it's at an awful intersection and hard to get in and out of, weird skinny drive through, and getting pretty expensive, so don't go as often as I like. Liked it better when it was stand alone locations.
