I usually try to be sympthetic to fast food workers since I was one myself once. But this was ridiculous. I can forgive the forgotten ranch sauce. I can't forgive the chicken tenders that were as rock hard as Gobstoppers. I actually hurt the roof of my mouth on them. Threw 2 away. The fries were worse. The ones that weren't cold and floppy were those hard bits.you get typically one or two of in the bottom of your carton. I had a dozen. Just terrible. Typical for North Broadway location, unfortunately.

I went through the drive through got the wrong thing no problem accidents happen but when I told the lady she had a attitude then ignored me got on her phone and took forever to bring me back my card I am a manager of a food establishment elsewhere in town and never would I allow one of my employees to treat a guest that way I will not visit this location again and its to bad because it's close to my home!

My food was not only wrong but cold. Every table inside was dirty. Trash over flowing. Dirty jeans on floor in bathroom. Not only getting panhandled in parking lot but inside the lobby too. Oh and cup sitting in lobby right infront of cashier on a ledge for the whole 45 mins i was there.

That place is straight up ghetto they put onions on top of my hamburger I mean who the hell does that and they cop an attitude with my husband and this black girl gave my husband an attitude and he's the one that paid for it. Then it takes 2-3 days to get your refund back? I'll goo someplace else. All the other fast food places treat my husband with dignity and respect and they help us if we have any questions they have great Customer Service.
