They took my no limit reusable coupon for 2 tacos for $.99 they also didn't give me the discount. When I asked for my refund, they gave me cash back not credit. I love Taco Bell but I will not come back here. Go to the Taco Bell on central avenue.

There was some little black kid cussing at customers, kept messing up food and being confrontational about it. And tried to resell food that was a mess that was in a customers hands already. It was the most unprofessional I have ever seen anyone act in a fast food restaurant. Worst part is two managers on duty did not say a word to the kid. No accountability for there store, or care for there jobs. Aside from the several critical food violations and terrible attitude from this young guy. My food was mush because I had to wait so long to make my taco without Tom and the rest of my food died at the table. This is an embarrassment for taco Bell, and shows how poorly run this unit is. As I took pictures and a video of the obscene employee, other customers applauded saying he had the same attitude with them. I will wait to see if corporate does anything before putting my video on social medias.

I used to love this taco bell! They made great food and the drive through was very well run. However, in the last year or so, the quality has gone rapidly downhill. The drive through rarely gets my order correct, and even though they ask if I want sauce I never get any. My usual order includes a beefy five layer burrito, but the last several times it's just been a tortilla with cheese sauce and half a spoonful of beef at one end. Tonight I had a 7 layer burrito, but I must have been a layer or two short, because there were no beans or rice or anything remotely similar. It was lettuce, tomato, and cheese in a tortilla. When I order supreme doritos lokos tacos, I get the regular, but am charged the extra 20¢. Please try to better the quality, the next closest taco bell to my house is several miles away. I may have to become a taco shop convert if things don't improve :/

I went through the drive through and WAITED 10 minutes in line behind one car ahead of me. I saw that the order ahead of me handed out to that car was two boxes. Than when it was my turn to pull up to the window....I paid the lady for my order and than WAITED another 5 minutes for my food order the whole while NO WORKER could be seen... after and 5 cars came from behind me in the drive through.. all passed by me in the exit lane...I decided to knock on the drive through window to see if maybe they forgot about me! It should NOT take 15 minutes WAIT time for 2 tacos and one burrito (with beans of which I ordered NO BEANS)!!!
