I've been here many times. It taste just like home cooking. I've almost always been satisfied and the prices are reasonable.

We ate here last night while visiting in town. I had the ribs and she had the prime rib. The ribs were very good with a nice mesquite smoke flavor and nice and meaty ribs, not those skinny meatless ribs that the chain restaurants serve. The home made bbq sauce is very good as well. I was dipping my fries in it as well.... The prime rib was cooked extremely well and was very good. Neat old building with an interesting history. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it isn't here where I live... I will make a special trip to eat here any time I'm in town. The mesquite from the grill smells wonderful as well.

Steak ordered medium rare cooked medium well. One side cooked more than the other.

Lobster burnt and couldn't remove it from the shell.

No butter. Smart Balance buttery spread.

Chicken fried steak $9.59
Smothered in wall paste. No texture or flavor found in either.

Kid's hamburger $4.99
Burnt.

Great fries.
