I asked for black hair. I got dark brown. When I told them it wasn't black DURING MY APPOINTMENT I was told I was mistaken and to give it time and look at it in the sun.

I made an appointment for 1 week later in case I wanted something further done.

I called 4 days after confirming with friends that it was not black. They said they will fix it free of charge.

I go in 4 days after that for my appointment and the owner tells me that they're going to charge me because it had been a week and I probably didn't use the right hair products to maintain color.

I let her know I was indeed using color protectant products and that it was never black. She did nothing to make up for any of this.

I asked why they didn't call me so I could be aware and not leave work early for the appointment, and she said they didn't have my number (even though I filled out paperwork with my info during the appointment.

I paid 150... loved them and first but this is just an unacceptable way to handle this.. smh

I had a spa day here thanks to my husband. I spent an entire 4 hours here getting a massage, a facial, a mani and a pedi. Andrea is a master of her trade. So sweet and very knowledgeable. The rest of the girls were all very friendly and welcoming as well. I felt so relaxed and refreshed by the time I left and I love the way my nails turned out. Very pleased and would most definitely recommend Pure Salon to anyone who wants to feel fabulous.

I had my hair done from a stylist named Aubrey. She was very fun, professional, and gave good advice as to do with my hair. She made the whole haircut experience fun and enjoyable! The rest of the staff were friendly as well. I would recommend this place any day!

Pure is a great salon. The staff is friendly, efficient and very well trained. I actually enjoy getting my hair cut. They have a wide selection of Aveda products that are excellent. I didn't believe there was a difference in hair products until I tried them. The other services beside hair care like facials, etc. are a treat not to be missed. Try it!
