Fantastic experiences over 10 years especially with the wellness plan which has paid more in care than the cost. Only vet my dog LOVES to visit with caring and loving care from everyone.

My dog needed to be seen Saturday for an emergency and Banfield turned my dog away. My dog was in severe painful to a tumor that basically exploded on my dogs head. It was bleeding severelybut Banfield would not see him. I took my dog to a different vet and found out my dog has Cancer and will never get better. Banfield will keep letting me treat only the symptoms with no result just to keep milking our wallets. Our new vet will help us make our beloved dog as comfortable as possible for as long as he's got left. Allergic to dust mites is a far cry from having Cancer.

Our experience with Banfield has always been as pleasant as it can be at a Vet's office. The Vet and staff were always friendly. The only down side is that we've almost always had to pay $150 for the visit, and that always seemed high..

Clean friendly and great with my dogs. They do everything they possibly can to make each visit as calm as possible. and they always take time to answer all my questions.
